Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 17 August 2026 · Last Updated: 18 August 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how FundMyPrediction ("FMP", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use our website, evaluation challenges, accounts, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

1.2 Information collected automatically

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described below:

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in — the Services do not work without it. Our public marketing pages also load an X (Twitter) advertising pixel that reports page visits and purchases back to X so we can measure our advertising. You can block third-party pixels with browser settings or content blockers without affecting your ability to use the platform.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and trading records while your account exists and for as long afterwards as we need them for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Identity-verification documents are retained only as long as compliance requires. Email delivery logs and technical logs are kept on shorter cycles and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

6. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (TLS) across the Services, salted password hashing, access controls limiting who can reach production systems, and payment handling delegated to certified processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as the law requires.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from your account address. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email with one click in any such message; transactional messages (receipts, login links, payout notices) are part of operating your account.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where they do, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time; the dates above reflect the current version. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
